Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping to the USA is free. Shipping elsewhere will cost between $20-30 per item. You will be able to view your shipping costs before you complete your purchase. 

We ship with USPS. Unless otherwise stated, all items will take between 1-3 business days to ship.

Items shipped to the USA typically arrive within a week. Items shipped outside the USA can take upwards to a month. All items ship with a tracking code that you can use to check on your order.

RETURN POLICY

Returns and size exchanges are accepted within the first 30 days of your delivery.

If you have an account with us, you can request a return via the account portal.

If you do not have an account with us, contact us with your original order number before returning any item. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item. 

In general, if we made a mistake, we will cover the cost of shipping. If not, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your item back. We offer free size exchanges, which means we will ship you another item in your requested size once we receive your item.

If the returned article contains stains, hair, or other similar irregularities, a small (up to $8) cleaning fee could be taken from the refund.

Mystery bags, Thrift Shop items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns. Thrift Shop items are not eligible for returns.

CHANGING AN ORDER

If you need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order for you to place a new one. We cannot change or cancel your orders after they ship.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If you have purchased a product that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and refund you with no additional action taken on your behalf.
