SHIPPING POLICY

USA shipping costs $5-15 per item. International shipping costs $20-30 per item. Costs are shown at checkout. Orders ship via USPS from California within 1-3 business days, with tracking provided.

RETURN POLICY

Returns and size exchanges are accepted for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

• With an account: Request via the Account Portal.
• Without an account: Contact us with your order number.
• Shipping costs: We cover mistakes; otherwise, you cover return shipping. Free size exchanges are available once we receive your package.
• Refunds: Items must be in like-new condition. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exceptions: Mystery bags, Thrift Shop items, and gift cards are non-returnable. "Returned to sender" items are refunded minus shipping.

CHANGING AN ORDER

Contact us ASAP to cancel and reorder. Changes or cancellations aren't possible if your package has shipped.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If an item is out of stock, we’ll cancel your order and issue a refund automatically.
